Clients I Work With
Maybe you're a young adult who just hit a major life transition and nobody told you it would feel this disorienting. Maybe you're a teen trying to keep up with school, friendships, and the pressure of figuring out who you are — all at the same time. Or maybe you're a parent who loves your family deeply and still feels completely overwhelmed by the end of the day.
Whatever brought you here — you're probably functioning. You're showing up. But on the inside, your brain won't quiet down. You overthink, you worry, you feel behind, and you wonder why everything feels harder for you than it seems to for everyone else.
You're not broken. You're just carrying a lot. And you don't have to keep doing it alone.
I work with teens (16+), young adults, and parents navigating anxiety and life transitions — and I'd love to help you finally feel like yourself again.
Approach
Therapy with me feels like a real conversation, not a lecture, not a one-sided vent session, and definitely not stiff or clinical. I show up as a real person, and I expect you to do the same. We'll laugh sometimes, sit with hard stuff other times, and always leave with something to work with.
My approach is relational first, the relationship we build is the foundation of everything. When you feel genuinely connected to your therapist, that's when real work happens. From there, I pull from CBT and DBT to help you understand your patterns, regulate your emotions, and build tools that work in real life.
Sessions are collaborative and tailored to you. Some days we'll dig deep, some days we'll problem solve, and some days we'll just figure out what you need. The goal is always the same: help you feel steadier and less at war with your own brain.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I believe therapy works best when it feels human. I'm a mom, a wife, and someone who genuinely loves being outside, reading, and my very opinionated golden retriever. I share pieces of myself appropriately because I think knowing your therapist is a real person matters.
I also deeply believe that life transitions are harder than we give them credit for, and that people deserve support that actually meets them where they are, without judgment and without pretense. That belief shapes everything about how I show up.
