I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families (ages 10 to 90) from all walks of life facing a variety of psychological concerns. My specialty is childhood trauma and its adult manifestations (anxiety, depression, grief/loss, self-doubt/esteem, identity issues, stress, relationship difficulties, & parenting). I'm certified in advance nutritional integrative medicine for mental health. I provide sports psychology therapy for pro-athletics, as well as consultation for other leading professionals. I enjoy providing unconditional support and skills tailored to each individual's needs

I am dedicated in creating a safe place for individuals and families to understand themselves better and explore these life challenges. I've been privileged to work with individuals from all walks of life & have developed a deep respect & appreciation for the skills & effort that each client brings to this relationship. I use a team approach in providing support & guidance, viewing you as an equal partner in effective problem-solving. I strive to build an authentic connection with my patients & help you meet your goals.
