Clients I Work With
I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, perinatal, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, and attachment-related difficulties. I especially enjoy supporting clients who feel stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, emotional invalidation, or fear of abandonment. My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive while also helping clients build insight, coping skills, boundaries, and confidence. I work with individuals experiencing stress related to school, parenting, family dynamics, burnout, and identity development. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, empowered, and able to heal at their own pace.
Approach
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and integrative. I believe healing happens within a safe, supportive relationship where clients feel genuinely seen and understood. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, attachment-focused therapy, strengths-based therapy, mindfulness, and supportive psychotherapy to help clients build insight, emotional regulation, healthier coping skills, and self-compassion. I tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs and goals, recognizing that no two clients are the same. I work to help clients better understand patterns rooted in past experiences while also developing practical tools for present day challenges. My style is compassionate, validating, and direct when needed, with a focus on fostering resilience, confidence, healthy boundaries, and meaningful long term growth.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I believe every person deserves a space where they feel safe, accepted, and supported without judgment. My life experiences have reinforced the importance of resilience, self awareness, healthy relationships, and emotional connection. I understand that many people carry invisible stress, anxiety, grief, or past experiences that shape how they view themselves and interact with others. These experiences have strengthened my belief that healing is not about perfection, but about growth, self-compassion, and learning new ways to cope and connect. I value authenticity, empathy, and meeting clients where they are in their journey. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that feels warm, grounded, and collaborative so clients can feel empowered to better understand themselves and create meaningful change in their lives.
More About My Practice
I am passionate about creating a therapeutic space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and supported through both challenges and growth. I value building strong therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, empathy, and collaboration. I understand that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and I strive to help clients feel at ease throughout the process. My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop healthier coping strategies, improve communication and boundaries, and feel more confident navigating life’s stressors and relationships. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and believe therapy should be individualized, compassionate, and paced according to each client’s needs and comfort leve
