Approach
My therapy style is warm, client-centered, and strengths-based, with an emphasis on attachment and the larger systems that shape your life. I integrate evidence-informed approaches like CBT, DBT skills, and TBRI-informed principles—always through a trauma-informed lens, prioritizing safety, choice, and collaboration.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
Outside the therapy room, I’m a mom to wonderful girls, a partner to the love of my life, and a licensed foster parent. Our home includes adopted and foster kiddos, a couple of cozy dogs, and an endless supply of coffee. We love being outdoors—whether that’s in the backyard or in the mountains—and savoring quiet, cozy moments together.
