I work with adults from diverse walks of life and am particularly interested in supporting Porn and Sex Addicts, Asian Americans, Christians, and Veterans. My focus is to help you examine, grasp, and manage your difficulties to nurture your well-being.
Approach
My style is caring and direct, focused on addressing your unique needs. At the same time, I'm more of philosopher than I'm a therapist. I use cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavior therapy, included but not limited to Dr. Carnes's sex addiction tasks to help clients with porn and sex addiction.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I’ve wanted to be a therapist since I was 18 because I’ve always been very self-aware, emotionally sensitive, and insightful. My combat experience as a US ARMY medic in Iraq confirmed my purpose, inspiring me to serve others in a meaningful way.
