Clients I Work With

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, stress, overwhelm, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and emotional ups and downs. Many of my clients feel stuck, uncertain, or emotionally exhausted and are looking for support, clarity, and practical tools to move forward.

Approach

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and practical. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while also feeling gently challenged toward growth. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, somatic techniques, and nervous system regulation to help clients better understand themselves, manage emotions, and develop tools for lasting change. I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals, meeting them where they are while helping them move toward where they want to be.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

I believe healing happens through connection, self-awareness, and learning practical tools that support lasting change. I understand that life can feel overwhelming during seasons of transition, stress, or uncertainty, and I value creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and encouraged. My goal is to meet clients with compassion while helping them build confidence and resilience in their daily lives. Faith-based perspectives can also be incorporated upon request.

More About My Practice

I offer secure online therapy for clients across Georgia, making it easier to access support from the comfort of home. I provide a free 15-minute consultation to help determine if we may be a good fit and to answer any questions about the therapy process. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive experience where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful progress at their own pace.
