Goodness of fit is important in all areas of life, especially in connecting with your therapist. If you are going through life always wondering if others are judging you as much as you are judging you, therapy can be a time to turn off that noise and focus on self-compassion. As a licensed psychologist who works with adults, I have specialties in eating disorders, body image concerns, self-esteem, and women’s mental health. Over the course of my experiences, I have also developed a particular interest in working with college and graduate students, as well as young professionals on adjustment issues, and IVF support. I also provide fertility consultations for recipients of egg, sperm, or embryo donations.
