I work experientially and utilize a variety of traditional and modern somatic methods to help you attain fulfillment.

If you have doubts about talk therapy, then you have come to the right place. My experiential methods take you beyond the limitations of language and your cognitive mind. I believe relationship (to self and other) is everything. So I seek to cultivate a healing therapeutic relationship 1:1, lead groups, and partner with nature for outdoor sessions.
