Clients I Work With

I work with adults who are ready to move beyond simply coping and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals, caregivers, entrepreneurs, and individuals who appear successful on the outside but feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or dissatisfied internally. I specialize in supporting people navigating complex trauma, single-incident trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, relationship and communication challenges, self-worth concerns, and recurring life patterns that no longer serve them. I also work particularly well with individuals who have participated in therapy before but felt they did not achieve the depth of growth or transformation they were seeking.

Approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented, grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens within a strong therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely understood, supported, and empowered to explore difficult experiences at your own pace. At the same time, I am not afraid to gently challenge patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we will explore the underlying roots of your struggles, build greater self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others. My goal is to help you move beyond symptom management toward deeper healing, increased self-compassion, and lasting personal growth.
