Clients I Work With

I work with adults and young adults (18+) experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and challenges related to work, school, or personal growth. I have a particular interest in helping men, professionals, entrepreneurs, college students, and young professionals develop healthier coping strategies, improve relationships, and build more fulfilling lives. My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping clients create meaningful, lasting change.

Approach

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership. My approach is warm, supportive, and direct, providing a space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. Together, we'll explore the challenges you're facing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical strategies to help you move forward. I draw from evidence-based approaches while tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals. Whether you're working through anxiety, navigating a life transition, improving relationships, or managing the pressures of daily life, my focus is on helping you gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

I believe that growth often comes through life's challenges and that meaningful change happens when people feel supported, understood, and empowered. Therapy is not about fixing someone—it's about helping people better understand themselves, navigate difficulties, and move toward the life they want to live. My own experiences with major life transitions and living with a chronic health condition have shaped my understanding of resilience, uncertainty, and personal growth. These experiences have given me a particular appreciation for individuals navigating chronic illnesses, ongoing health concerns, and other significant life stressors. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges honestly, build effective coping strategies, and create lasting change.

More About My Practice

I provide individual therapy for adults and young adults (18+) in South Carolina and Connecticut. My practice is private pay only, which allows for more flexibility, privacy, and personalized care. I am able to provide superbills for clients who wish to seek out-of-network insurance reimbursement. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the pressures of work, school, and daily life. I also support individuals living with chronic health conditions and the emotional impact that can come with ongoing medical challenges. Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your goals. Together, we focus on understanding patterns, building coping skills, and creating meaningful, lasting change. I offer a free consultation to help determine if we’re a good fit.
