Clients I Work With
I primarily work with young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by school, work, relationships, family expectations, or uncertainty about the future. I also support individuals who struggle with emotional regulation, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and difficulty managing day-to-day stress. My clients are often seeking a safe space to better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and build greater confidence as they move through life's challenges.
Approach
My approach is supportive, practical, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while also gaining tools that make a meaningful difference in your everyday life. Together, we will explore patterns that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, or emotional difficulties, while building skills to help you respond more effectively to life's challenges. I focus on increasing self-awareness, strengthening coping skills, and helping clients develop healthier ways of managing emotions and relationships. My goal is to help you feel more confident, balanced, and equipped to navigate life's transitions with greater resilience and clarity.
