I work with intuitive, compassionate women, queer individuals, and spiritually curious adults who are ready to reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or unresolved trauma while outwardly appearing successful and capable.
Approach
My approach is rooted in the belief that true healing happens when the mind, body, and inner wisdom are given space to work together. I create a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where clients can safely explore their emotions, reconnect with themselves, and uncover patterns that may be keeping them stuck.
