Clients I Work With

Relationships can be one of the greatest sources of joy in our lives—but they can also leave us feeling disconnected, misunderstood, or stuck. I work with couples and individuals navigating mismatched sex drives, communication challenges, intimacy concerns, anxiety, relational stress, and life transitions. Together, we explore the patterns keeping you stuck and build healthier ways of connecting with yourself and others. I provide affirming, nonjudgmental care for clients in polyamorous, ethically non-monogamous, open, kink, and BDSM relationships, as well as LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples. Whether you're rebuilding trust, exploring changing sexual needs, or strengthening your relationship, therapy is tailored to your unique goals—not someone else's expectations. Above all, I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported as you build the relationships and life you want.

Approach

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, personalized, and grounded in genuine connection. My style is warm, approachable, and flexible, balancing empathy, thoughtful challenge, and humor. I tailor therapy to each client's unique goals and experiences. When working with couples, I begin with a joint intake followed by an individual session with each partner to understand their histories and relationship dynamics. We then strengthen communication and emotional connection before tackling more vulnerable topics. From there, therapy adapts to your goals, whether that's healing after infidelity, navigating mismatched sex drives, or rebuilding intimacy after a life transition. With individual clients, I spend the first few sessions exploring your personal history and current life to understand the roots of your concerns while also building coping skills so you feel supported from the start. As therapy progresses, I adapt my approach to your needs, blending insight with practical strategies for lasting change.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

Growing up in rural Lancaster County and later living in both western Pennsylvania and Philadelphia gave me the opportunity to experience many different ways of life and connect with people from a wide variety of backgrounds. Those experiences reinforced the importance of approaching every person with curiosity rather than assumptions and recognizing that no two stories are the same. During college, I worked as a victim advocate at a Crime Victim Center, supporting survivors through sexual assault hotline calls, court proceedings, police interviews, and community outreach. That experience strengthened my belief that everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered during life's most vulnerable moments. Today, those values continue to shape the way I show up in therapy. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe bringing their whole selves into the room, knowing they'll be met with warmth, authenticity, compassion, and without judgment.
