I am available for telehealth sessions for any clients located in Utah. I can meet Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings and afternoons.

In-Person Availability:

Wednesday evenings, Thursday mornings, and Friday afternoon/evenings.

Clients I Work With

I work with all ages. I specialize in working with clients that have experienced trauma, neurodivergence, divorce, anxiety, and depression. I have specific experience working with people with childhood trauma, accident-related trauma, birth trauma, medical trauma, divorce-related, religious trauma, and trauma in conjunction with neurodivergence.

Approach

With children, I take child-centered play therapy approach. With adults, I take an acceptance and commitment therapy focus. I am also trauma-informed and trained in ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
