Telehealth allows you to attend sessions from the comfort and privacy of your home or another secure location, making it easier to fit therapy into your schedule while still receiving personalized, high-quality care.
Clients I Work With
I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, stuck, or struggling to find balance in daily life. Many of my clients are experiencing chronic insomnia, anxiety, stress, burnout, ADHD-related challenges, caregiving responsibilities, medical concerns, cancer-related stress, life transitions, grief, or emotional exhaustion.
Approach
My approach is warm, supportive, and practical. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can be yourself while also learning tools that create meaningful change. Together, we will identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop strategies that help you move forward with greater confidence and resilience.
I may be a good fit if you are looking for a therapist who combines compassion with evidence-based approaches such as CBT-I, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other practical interventions tailored to your unique needs and goals. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you work toward better sleep, improved emotional wellness, and a more fulfilling life.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My approach is shaped by both professional training and personal experiences with ADHD, caregiving, grief, and life’s challenges. As someone who has navigated ADHD while raising a son with ADHD and supporting a child with Autism, I understand executive functioning struggles, advocacy, and parenting stress. I also cared for my mother during her cancer journey and experienced the loss of my mother, brother, and brother-in-law. As a mother of four who worked full-time while attending graduate school full-time, I understand the demands of balancing responsibilities while caring for others.
