Telehealth Availability:

I have availability each weekday for video telehealth sessions. I have availability M-F, starting in the mornings and all day through evening times to accomdate the different schedules of my clients.

I specialize in working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma-related symptoms, communication challenges, and relationship issues. It is my goal to be a collaborative partner who will provide you with the skills and tools to navigate through the process of self-discovery, coping and healing. Life may present us with events, circumstance, or relationships are impacting our well-being. It is courageous to take the first step, and I respect and honor the vulnerability that can come with the process of beginning counseling. I look forward to the opportunity to work alongside you.

Approach

My approach is to help you find new ways to manage, and have tools to use in your life that you can use to move through challenges and old patterns. I offer tools, skills and support that will help you process emotions, such as somatic and mindfulness practices, which provide ways to self-regulate. I utilize various therapeutic modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, mindfulness practices, Somatic processing,and Internal Family Systems (IFS). CBT skills can help to challenge unhelpful thoughts and find new responses to overwhelm.

You are the expert on you and my role is to offer tools and support that may be useful to you in your journey.
