I started my practice to help Oregon & Washington teenagers and adults, like yourself, realize your goals and confidently navigate life through building resiliency, strengthening and growing community, and better understanding yourselves. I hope to partner with you on your therapeutic journey!
Approach
Currently in my practice I focus my work on adults and teens navigating life’s transitions (graduating, new careers, changes in family structures, etc.), those exploring anxiety management, depression, building your community, and trauma work. I also have training in EMDR. Please reach out for a free consultation!
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I believe that when we know more about mental health and how trauma impacts our minds and bodies, we drastically increase our ability to cope and heal. My goal as a therapist is to navigate challenges with my clients as they repair their relationships with themselves, strengthen their relationships with others, explore their passions, and move through life’s transitions. I also believe it is critical to look at you in relationship to the systems you exist in and hope we can continue to explore this through our work together.
