Telehealth Availability:
All services are provided through secure telehealth appointments. Therapy is available to clients who are physically located in Florida, Maryland, or Ohio at the time of their session. Telehealth allows clients to receive support from a private and comfortable location without the added stress of commuting to an office.

Clients I Work With
I work primarily with adults who are navigating ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, chronic illness, life transitions, relationship concerns, identity exploration, and executive functioning challenges. I also welcome clients who may not have a formal diagnosis but feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward.
Approach
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I draw from CBT, mindfulness-based CBT, TF-CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, person-centered therapy, and solution-focused strategies. I tailor treatment to each client’s needs, values, communication style, and pace rather than expecting every client to fit the same method.

As a neurodivergent therapist, I understand how exhausting it can feel to navigate a world that may not always accommodate the way your brain works. I believe people deserve care that recognizes both their challenges and their strengths. I strive to create a space where clients do not have to mask, minimize their experiences, or become someone else in order to be understood.

Counseling with Amber PLLC is a private-pay practice and does not currently accept or bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service. Upon request, I may provide a superbill that clients can submit to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement, although reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on each client’s individual plan.
