Clients I Work With
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. I have extensive experience supporting adolescents and young adults impacted by domestic violence, sex trafficking, and complex trauma. I also help individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional distress, anxiety, depression, and the lasting effects of traumatic experiences. My goal is to provide compassionate, culturally responsive care that meets each client where they are.
Approach
I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each person's unique strengths, culture, and goals. I integrate Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy to help clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to heal, grow, and move forward with confidence.
