I work with individuals experiencing addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, and a sense of disconnection from themselves, their relationships, or their lives. Many of my clients feel emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck and are looking for more than temporary relief—they want lasting healing and a renewed sense of purpose and connection.

As a licensed mental health therapist, I take a holistic approach that goes beyond diagnosis and traditional talk therapy. I believe mental health involves more than the thoughts in your mind, which is why I incorporate mind-body based techniques into the therapeutic process.
