Clients I Work With
I provide counseling and therapy services to children and teens ages (9-14 y/o), adults, and parents. We all develop unhelpful patterns that often hold us back and can harm us instead of helping us. When this happens it’s helpful to have someone we can talk to who listens and supports us without judgment.
Approach
In my practice, I integrate interventions from various evidence-based treatments to help you in your growth and healing process. I utilize Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Play Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET) for Chronic Pain.
