Clients I Work With

I work with individuals 8 years and older, couples, and families. I have experience working with diverse demographics and presenting concerns. I have specialized experience in Substance Use, mood, and personality disorders, and trauma. My goal as a therapist is to meet the needs of whomever walks through my door by providing a safe and open environment to explore yourself and your mental health goals.

Approach

I use an integrative therapy approach to best meet the needs of every individual. I am trained in EMDR and pull from a wide range of trauma-informed therapeutic models, including cognitive and behavioral, systems, solution-focused and person-centered. No one model works for every person, and my goal is always to meet the needs of each unique person.

EMDR-trained, CPT-trained Experienced with Substance Use Disorder, Gender-Affirming Care/LGBTQIA+, PTSD and CPTSD, Personality Disorders, Mood Disorders.
