I enjoy meeting adults of all ages (18+) who are seeking help navigating the struggles life throws at us. My specialties include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, men’s issues, and PTSD, with my ideal client being anyone looking to face and overcome life’s stressors, depression, anxiety, anger issues, addictions, and/or crisis of faith.

Approach

I aim to meet everyone where they are in their life journey by providing a warm, calm, and judgment free space to share hurts, hopes, and much more. My primary therapy styles are Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These forms of therapy are designed to address needs in a practical, time-efficient manner, with a focus on real-world approaches you can integrate into your everyday life.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

I enjoy working with blue collar men and women, first responders, business owners, executives & entrepreneurs, active and former military, college athletes (current & former) because I have been in the arena or closely linked with it. Outside of session, I enjoy spending time outdoors, putting my background in construction to use helping friends with random projects, and according to my wife, being way too obsessed with pro football.
