I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and the founder of SLM Counseling, a hybrid therapy practice based in Chicago. I work with adults across Illinois who are high functioning navigating anxiety, childhood and family trauma, and survivors of abuse.

Approach

My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded — drawing on DBT, psychodynamic approaches that is trauma informed and IFS focused- but always tailored to the person in front of me.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

I started SLM Counseling to build something I'd actually want for myself — a space that's honest, unhurried, and genuinely supportive. I’m a parent of a neurodivergent son, I’ve struggled with loss and had experience with high conflict relationship. I’m here to support those who will heal from being seen.
