Clients I Work With

I work with adults and couples navigating infertility, pregnancy and postpartum transitions, grief and loss, chronic illness, trauma, relationship challenges, and other major life transitions. I especially support women and couples who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward while balancing their relationships, emotional well-being, and changing circumstances. I also work with couples who want to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and reconnect.

Approach

I believe therapy should be a safe space where you can be honest about what you're experiencing without feeling judged, rushed, or dismissed. Many clients I work with are navigating seasons of life that don't look as expected—whether infertility, pregnancy or postpartum changes, grief and loss, chronic illness, relationship struggles, trauma, or another major transition. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we explore what you're experiencing, identify patterns that may keep you stuck, and develop practical tools to help you feel grounded, confident, and connected. For couples, I focus on improving communication, rebuilding trust, navigating conflict, and understanding each other's needs. For individuals, I provide space to process difficult experiences, strengthen boundaries, work through grief, and reconnect with yourself.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Sessions with me are a space to slow down, feel heard, and make sense of what you’re experiencing without judgment. We’ll work together to identify patterns, explore how past experiences may be affecting the present, and develop practical tools that support meaningful change. I draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed care, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Gottman-informed couples therapy. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I consider the whole person—including your relationships, culture, family, life experiences, and the transitions you may be navigating. Whether you’re working through infertility, grief, chronic illness, relationship difficulties, trauma, or a major life transition, I want you to leave sessions feeling understood and with something you can take with you—whether that’s a new perspective, a practical tool, or simply the reassurance that you don’t have to navigate this alone.
