Clients I Work With

I work with adolescents, adults, parents, and families facing anxiety, trauma, depression, chronic pain, relationship struggles, parenting stress, and major life transitions. Many come feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I especially enjoy supporting individuals and families transitioning home after inpatient or residential treatment, as well as parents seeking help with regulation, behavior, and connection. At Salt River Counseling, we meet you where you are and work collaboratively to create practical, lasting change.

Approach

My approach is collaborative and compassionate, using EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care to build practical skills and insight. I support parents and welcome spiritual or religious beliefs in therapy, only on your terms. I also offer Walk & Talk Therapy and outdoor groups when the weather gets cooler. Reaching out for therapy can feel hard, especially when you've been carrying things alone. You don't need all the answers to begin. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I'll offer a safe, respectful space where you feel heard and understood. If you're ready, I'd be honored to walk with you.

More About My Practice

At Salt River Counseling, we do offer Walk and Talk sessions in the fall when the weather gets cooler in Arizona. Also during the fall, we will open up our in person group therapy sessions sitting around a fire! Both Walk and Talk and the Group Sessions are aimed at helping clients through nature-based therapy. We bring in evidenced-based modalities into a different environment than a office.
