Telehealth Availability:

I offer services via secure video conferencing so psychotherapy can fit naturally into your life. You simply log in from a private space where you feel safe, grounded, and able to focus on yourself. Sessions are generally offered on weekdays after 5:00PM EST, although I can accommodate other days on an individual basis.

Clients I Work With

I provide individual and family psychotherapy for adults (18 years old+). As a perinatal mental health therapist, I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for mothers and their partners during pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood. I also support mothers experiencing perinatal anxiety and depression, birth trauma, infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, and the many emotional adjustments that come with growing a family. As a trauma therapist, My role is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can move at your own pace. Together, we work to understand the impact of trauma, develop healthy coping strategies, process difficult experiences, and reconnect with your strengths.

Approach

Psychotherapy is a collaborative journey and my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts and feelings that weigh on you, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and discover strategies that help you feel more balanced and confident. My approach is focused on understanding and responding to what you require, providing effective and practical solutions.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

My journey to becoming a mental health therapist began with a deep commitment to helping individuals and families navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life changes. Throughout my career, I have witnessed the incredible resilience of the people I serve and the profound impact that compassionate, evidence-based care can have on healing.
