Clients I Work With
I work with individuals, couples, parents, children, and families navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, family conflict, relationship challenges, and life stressors. I welcome people from all walks of life, including the LGBT+ community, and provide a compassionate, confidential, and judgment-free space where clients can feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow.
Approach
My approach is person- and family-centered, trauma-informed, and solution-focused. I use an eclectic combination of CBT, psychoeducation, positive psychology, and reality therapy to help clients better understand themselves, develop practical solutions, recognize their strengths, and work toward meaningful personal growth. When appropriate, I encourage parent and sibling involvement. Spiritual and Christian biblical guidance is also available when requested.
