Approach

My focus treatment modalities are mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, Sandtray therapy, Reiki, and walk-and-talk therapy, all rooted in Existential theoretical approach. During our first session, we will discuss what brought you to therapy and set a plan of how you want to proceed. This may include one or a combination of the types of therapy that I offer. We will tailor our time to suit your needs.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

As a cancer survivor and member of the LGBTQIA+ community, it is important to me to provide quality mental healthcare for these and other groups. Cancer journeys are individual and unique to each person. It is my goal to help you maneuver through your journey, no matter the prognosis. I believe that each of us deserves a chance at finding a balance within our lives. This may include counseling over the long-term or the occasional "reset" session. I am here to serve and to help you find that balance so that you can pursue life on your own terms and find the best "you" that you can be.
