Telehealth Availability:

I provide secure telehealth therapy for clients located in Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey, and New York. Sessions are held on Mon-Fri from 9a-4pm. Virtual sessions allow you to receive support from the privacy and convenience of your own space while still experiencing focused, connected, and meaningful therapy. Telehealth is available for individual therapy, couples therapy, EMDR, and therapy intensives.

In-Person Availability:

My practice is primarily virtual. In-person sessions may be available as needed for therapy intensives, including EMDR and relationship intensives. Availability is limited and determined based on the needs and goals of the intensive. Please contact the practice to discuss whether an in-person intensive may be appropriate for you.

Clients I Work With

I work with individuals, couples and families who are ready for something to change but may not know how to get there. You may be overwhelmed, overthinking, struggling in your relationship, carrying the impact of past experiences, or finding yourself repeating patterns you promised yourself you wouldn't repeat. Many individuals function well on the outside but feel stuck, exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of themselves underneath it all. Some have been in therapy before and understand the problem but still need help actually changing it. I work with individuals who want therapy to be active and purposeful. We'll look beneath the surface, identify what's keeping you stuck, and work toward healthier ways of thinking, responding, communicating, and relating. You won't just have a place to talk, you'll have a place to understand, learn, practice, and make changes you can carry into your everyday life.

Approach

My approach is warm, direct, and active. I won't simply sit back and listen while you talk about the same problems week after week. I'll ask questions, help you make connections, challenge patterns when needed, and teach you skills you can actually use outside of our sessions. I believe lasting change begins with understanding what's happening beneath the surface. Together, we'll identify the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and relationship patterns influencing how you respond today, and then work on what needs to change. Depending on your needs, our work may include traditional talk therapy, EMDR, relationship-focused work, or more concentrated therapy intensives. My goal is to help you gain clarity, take ownership of what you can change, and leave therapy better equipped to navigate your life and relationships.

More About My Practice

My work is shaped by the belief that people are not powerless in their lives. We may not get to choose what happened to us, what others do, or every circumstance we face, but we can learn to understand our patterns, take ownership of our choices, and become intentional about what happens next. I believe healing requires both compassion and truth. Sometimes we need a safe place to process what hurts, and sometimes we need someone who will help us recognize what we can do differently. I bring both into the therapy room.
