Clients I Work With
I work with adults of all ages, with a particular focus on young adults navigating transitional stages of life. My clients may be experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, or other mental health concerns. I welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and provide care in both English and Spanish. As an LGBTQ+ ally, I strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment where every client feels heard and respected.

As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I combine evidence-based treatment with genuine interest in each person’s story. I believe effective care begins with understanding the individual behind the diagnosis and recognizing that every person’s path to clarity is unique. My approach is individualized and focused on helping clients navigate their mental health with thoughtful, compassionate care.
