Clients I Work With

You or your child may be bright and capable, yet struggling in ways that are difficult to understand or explain. I provide comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations for children, teens, and adults seeking clarity around ADHD, autism, learning differences, giftedness and twice-exceptionality (2e), executive functioning, and emotional concerns such as anxiety, mood, or trauma that may intersect with neurodivergence. My evaluations look beyond a diagnosis to understand the whole person—bringing together cognitive strengths, learning, attention, emotional functioning, developmental history, and lived experience to make sense of complex or overlapping patterns. I also provide neurodiversity-affirming therapy for children, teens, and adults seeking greater self-understanding, practical support, and more sustainable ways of navigating everyday life.

Approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, curious, and neurodiversity-affirming. I believe therapy works best when you feel understood rather than judged, and when we make space for who you actually are—not who you think you’re supposed to be. Therapy sessions with me are conversational and flexible, with room for humor, reflection, problem-solving, and whatever feels most helpful that day. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, so I adapt therapy to your needs, communication style, strengths, and goals. Depending on what brings you in, we may explore patterns, build practical tools, work through difficult emotions or experiences, strengthen relationships, and find ways to make everyday life feel more manageable. I draw from strengths-based, relational, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and acceptance-based approaches while keeping our work grounded in your real life and what matters most to you.

More About My Practice

In addition to psychological assessment and therapy services, I offer educational, professional, and technology/product consultation. I work with neurodivergent and twice-exceptional professionals around workplace accommodations, executive functioning, accessibility, self-advocacy, burnout, and creating more sustainable ways of working. I also consult with schools and educational professionals to interpret evaluation findings, support IEP and 504 planning, and develop practical, student-centered supports for neurodivergent and twice-exceptional learners. For technology startups, assessment developers, and clinical or educational product teams, I provide hands-on consultation focused on real-world usability, accessibility, workflow, clinical best practices, and ethical implementation. This can include product trialing, identifying friction points, and offering practitioner and end-user feedback to help create tools that work well in the settings and communities they are designed to serve.
