About this provider

Clients I Work With

I am so glad you are here! I provide online therapy sessions to individual teens, adults and couples. I have extensive experience working with veterans, active duty personnel, law enforcement, and their families. I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients of all racial and ethnic identities feel seen, heard, and understood without having to educate their therapist on the realities and impact of racism, discrimination, and systemic inequities.

Approach

My therapy style is grounded in radical acceptance with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person centered therapy, and motivational interviewing (MI) to help clients uncover their inner resilience, gain clarity, increase confidence, settle fears, and build a life that feels wholly you. I specialize in treating complex trauma, PTSD, psychotic disorders, mood disorders — like bipolar disorder, suicidal ideation + attempts, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, OCD + OCD personality disorder, major life transitions, and more. I am trained to offer cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma focused - cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and solution focused brief therapy (SFBT). I am Strong Star certified to provide cognitive processing therapy (CPT).

Beliefs & Lived Experience

My work is grounded in the belief that clients deserve to feel genuinely cared for, respected, and safe with the person they trust with their story. My own lived experiences have deeply shaped the therapist I am today. Ethics, authenticity, compassion and trust are the cornerstones I build my practice on. I strive to make sure my clients feel heard, understood, and know that its okay to be fully human with me. Therapy doesn't have to be reserved for moments of crisis. Life is hard. Having a space where you can be honest, work through what you're carrying, understand yourself better, and have someone genuinely in your corner can be valuable for all of us.
