I work primarily with couples and other relational units (triads, families, etc) as well as individuals often dealing with relationship issues. I have experience supporting couples navigating infidelity, high conflict, infertility/family planning and parenting, substance abuse, and mental health issues.
Approach
I draw from multiple modalities as it serves my clients including systems theory (how someone is shaped by their relationships and environment), Gottman Method (practical communication skills for couples), DBT (building mindfulness and interpersonal effectiveness), and IFS (exploring parts of self and other to build curiosity and self-compassion).
