Julianne Mattson Krogstad

I work with couples who are desiring to strengthen their relationship and also who may have some stuck patterns that feel discouraging to them. I also work with adult individuals who find that despite their best efforts, they feel like they can't get to a place of peace and contentment in their relationships or even within themselves. They find themselves feeling like they are spinning their wheels, trying harder, but still not quite able to be who they know they could be. Often they are quite competent at work, but find challenges in their interpersonal relationships and find themselves caught up in remorse or self-condemnation, thinking if they could just try harder or be more consistent they would finally get it right. They often have hurts around family of origin dynamics or church systems and feel a sense of inadequacy and not measuring up. I work with clients who would like spiritual direction.
