About this provider

Clients I Work With

I’m a compassionate therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand themselves, work through challenges, and develop practical tools for creating meaningful change. My approach is collaborative and focused on helping each person build self-awareness, confidence, and a stronger sense of balance and well-being.

Approach

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and personalized to each client’s unique experiences and goals. I believe therapy is a space to slow down, better understand what is happening beneath the surface, and make sense of the patterns that may be affecting how you think, feel, and relate to others. Together, we explore the experiences that have shaped you while developing practical ways to manage anxiety and depression, strengthen self-esteem, establish healthy boundaries, and navigate life’s transitions. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, build greater self-trust, and create meaningful changes that align with the life you want to live.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

I believe that each person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. Life can bring challenges that leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about our next steps, but I believe we do not have to navigate those experiences alone. I value authenticity, self-compassion, and the courage it takes to look inward and make changes. I believe therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be fully yourself, feel heard and understood, and work toward a life that feels more balanced, purposeful, and aligned with who you are.

More About My Practice

My practice is dedicated to supporting adults as they navigate the challenges and transitions that can come with everyday life. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, life transitions, and a desire for personal growth and self-improvement. I strive to create a welcoming and judgment-free environment where clients feel comfortable being open and honest about their experiences. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I work alongside each client to identify their needs, build on their strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help clients gain greater clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being while moving toward a life that feels more fulfilling and authentic.

Billing and insurance support for my practice is handled through Headway, making the administrative side of therapy as simple and convenient as possible. Headway works with insurance plans and helps manage billing and claims. Before beginning therapy, you can review your insurance benefits, coverage, and any expected out-of-pocket costs. I encourage clients to reach out with any questions about the billing process so we can make getting started as straightforward as possible.
