Clients I Work With
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health and behavioral health concerns. My experience includes supporting individuals with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, substance use concerns, crisis-related challenges, and other psychiatric conditions.
I also work with individuals navigating significant life transitions, emotional distress, recovery, and long-term mental health needs. My goal is to provide compassionate, individualized care that meets each client where they are.
Approach
My approach is compassionate, patient-centered, and focused on understanding the whole person rather than simply treating symptoms. I take time to listen to each individual's experiences, concerns, and goals so we can develop a treatment plan that feels appropriate and achievable.
With experience across inpatient psychiatry, substance use treatment, emergency and crisis care, and long-term care, I understand that every person's needs are different. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their mental health journey.
