Clients I Work With
I work with adolescents ages 13 and older and adults throughout Arizona. You may be struggling to focus, feeling caught in worry or intrusive thoughts, or finding that your mood is making everyday life harder. Some people come to me with a clear diagnosis. Others want help understanding symptoms that haven't quite made sense.
My clinical interests include ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and trauma-related symptoms. I also work with people who have tried several medications, are dealing with side effects, or want a thoughtful reassessment of their treatment. Whether you're considering medication for the first time or have been taking it for years, there's room to ask questions and talk honestly about your concerns.
Approach
I start by listening to what brought you in, what you've already tried, and what you would like to be different in your daily life. As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management with a practical, collaborative approach.
We'll look at your symptoms, health history, sleep, and current medications, then talk through options in plain language. I want you to understand the reasoning behind a recommendation and have a say in your care. Follow-up visits are a chance to talk about what's helping, what feels off, and whether the plan needs to change. Questions and concerns are welcome, including uncertainty about medication.

I bring approximately 14 years of nursing experience to my work. I value curiosity, clear communication, and respect for each person's background and priorities. I want our conversations to be honest and comfortable enough that you can tell me when something isn't working for you.

Yarrow Behavioral Health is my independent psychiatric practice, based in Phoenix and serving adolescents ages 13+ and adults through telehealth across Arizona. My services include psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic clarification, and medication management. I do not provide ongoing psychotherapy, and I welcome collaboration with your therapist when you authorize us to coordinate.
