About this provider
Clients I Work With
I work with children, teens, men, and professionals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, social challenges, and everyday stressors. I help clients build confidence, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and resilience.
Approach
My approach focuses on helping clients reconnect with their values, identify what inspires and motivates them, and align their daily choices with what matters most. Together, we develop practical strategies to manage challenging symptoms, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
My work is shaped by my own lived experiences as a child who struggled in school and as a young man learning to understand who I was and how to navigate the world around me. These experiences have shaped my belief that all people, especially children, have an incredible capacity for resilience, growth, and change. I believe every person deserves to feel understood, supported, and empowered to recognize their strengths. Together, we build on those strengths, navigate challenges, and create a path forward that feels authentic to who you are and who you want to become.
More About My Practice
I operate on a private-pay basis to support a more flexible, individualized therapeutic experience, with fewer external restrictions and greater freedom to tailor our work to your unique needs, goals, and pace.
