About this provider

Clients I Work With

I work with adults, teens, children (6–12), and caregivers who are carrying a lot—often quietly. Many of my clients are living with anxiety, trauma, burnout, or the long echoes of early experiences that still shape how their body responds to stress and connection. I work especially well with neurodivergent folks (ADHD, autism, highly sensitive people), people who feel “functional but exhausted,” and those who are trying to make sense of patterns in relationships, identity, or family systems. You don’t have to have the right words or a clear goal to start. We move at a pace that respects your nervous system, focusing on safety, understanding, and practical ways to feel more grounded, connected, and at home in yourself.

Approach

My approach to therapy is both tender and honest. I believe healing happens through safety, curiosity, and a relationship where you don’t have to perform or be “doing it right.” I work at a pace guided by your nervous system, helping us understand what your symptoms are protecting and what they’re responding to, rather than trying to force change. I draw from parts work, trauma-informed care, relational therapy, and practical tools when they’re helpful. Together, we focus on building awareness, choice, and steadier ways of relating—to yourself, to others, and to the world around you—so change feels sustainable, not overwhelming.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

I believe therapy should be a place where you are met as a whole person, not a problem to be fixed. I value honesty, curiosity, consent, and work that honors the wisdom of the nervous system. My practice is neurodivergent-affirming and rooted in a belief that distress makes sense in context—especially within families, systems, and cultures that shape our lives. I am committed to ongoing reflection and accountability around power, privilege, and oppression, and I strive to show up with humility rather than certainty. I work to create a space where people of diverse identities can feel seen, respected, and welcomed, and where growth is measured not by perfection, but by increased choice, connection, and self-trust.

More About My Practice

I offer telehealth therapy to clients across Washington state. Sessions are available for adults, teens, children (6–12), and caregivers, with care tailored to developmental needs and family context. Work with children is play-based and relational, with caregiver involvement focused on support, understanding patterns, and practical tools—not blame or perfection. I offer both insurance-based and self-pay options, including a collective-care sliding scale to support access and sustainability. Sessions are collaborative and paced with care, and we regularly check in about what’s working, what’s not, and what you need from therapy as things shift.
