About this provider
Clients I Work With
I work with adolescents (16+) and adults navigating chronic pain, medical and institutional betrayal trauma, religious trauma, dissociation, identity concerns, and spirituality. Many of the clients I work with understand on a logical level that they are safe enough, yet their nervous system continues to respond as though danger is present. In many ways, I work with danger that has overstayed its welcome.
Approach
In therapy, I may use EMDR, parts work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, or existential therapy. My approach is exploratory, experiential, and paced to your nervous system. Therapy often involves building a bridge between what you know and what you feel.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
My work is informed by formal clinical training, ongoing supervision, regular consultation, and lived experience in several of the areas I support. I value clinical training, though I’ve also seen how lived understanding deepens trauma work in ways theory alone can’t, particularly when it comes to complexity and overlap with concerns.

I offer telehealth therapy across Texas and Colorado, and in-person therapy at my Frisco, TX office.
