My clients are adolescents, teens, and adults who want to learn to love and trust themselves to gain a sense of direction and improve their overall life experience. Clients generally arrive with symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief/loss, or confusion over life events, relationships, and transitions.
Approach
I believe that humans need one another at key times to feel "felt" and understood. A focused relationship with a therapist can bring clarity and help you to uncover personal resources that may be hiding underneath fear and confusion. I approach clients holistically and authentically, inviting them to explore their own world view, strengths, and perspective to take positive steps towards growth.

I am trained in using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, & EMDR.
