As an attachment-informed, client-centered somatic therapist, I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs using somatic awareness, EMDR, and insight-oriented interventions. Whether you’re seeking immediate relief or deeper growth, I provide a compassionate space for healing and connection. My approach is deeply attuned to multigenerational patterns, systemic oppression, existential concerns, and the BIPOC experience—honoring how these forces shape individual lives and relationships. Together, we’ll explore how past traumas and inherited dynamics influence the present, supporting awareness, resilience, and healing across generations.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
Through my own experiences of lacking access to the mental healthcare system during times of need, I learned early on that access to quality mental health care is a basic necessity that should be available to everyone. I strive to ensure that my practice serves as a bridge to quality mental health care, regardless of a client’s financial means. Finances should not be an obstacle to receiving quality mental health care; therefore, I offer a sliding fee scale.
