Clients I Work With
I work with neurodivergent clients who are exploring what it means to be neurodivergent as an adult. They are often feeling stuck, anxious, or burnt out, and having been pushing through for a long time, and realizing that they need a new approach that works better for them. They learn to understand their own needs and emotions in order to achieve a life that feels more sustainable and aligns with their values.
Approach
I work from a person-centered approach, that values a gentle experience of one step at a time and trust that my clients have already tried a lot of things, and often have a lot of knowledge, and they know more about what kind of things have worked for them, and what sorts have things have not worked for them. They need support to unpack and organize that knowledge and to develop greater trust in themselves.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I am a neurodivergent, fat, cis, queer, white woman. I believe that our community thrives when all of us are supported in being ourselves. I am neurodivergent affirming, and supportive of trans/non-binary clients, and BIPOC individuals.
