Approach
I often work with clients who do not feel understood in one way or another. My goal is to make sure you are able to express yourself fully. By utilizing my skills as a registered play therapist and EMDR therapist I hope to help you find you voice in a world not made for you. I utilize a collaborative a creative approach to help clients get their needs met and make sure they can utilize whatever strengths they already have. My goal is for each person to fully feel their best in whatever unique way that might be.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
As a neurodivergent therapist I come from a place of lived experience of not always fully being the same as the rest of the group and work to help you find your people. My special interest is people so I found a job that worked for me. My goal is to help you find a way to use your unique skills work for you and connect with the world in a way that feels more affirming and less daunting. I think everyone knows themselves best. My main goal is to be a safe place to sound ideas and emotions so that growth can happen.
