My practice is grounded in trauma-informed, healing-centered care that honors the mind–body connection and the impact of lived experience. I specialize in EMDR Therapy and offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), including Ketamine-Assisted EMDR™ Therapy(KA-EMDR).
I value collaboration, informed consent, and ethical, client-centered care. I am especially committed to supporting individuals who need to feel seen and understood, or who have been pathologized in traditional systems. I approach this work with cultural humility, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s autonomy and pace.
