I am an LPC with a Masters in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton. I use a trauma-informed approach to help you heal from past events, support you through ongoing stressors, and collaborate on your personal growth in improving your well-being. No matter who you are, we’re all going through societal unrest and change, leaving many searching for meaning and support in navigating uncertainty. Life is stressful in so many ways, and I am here to support you with my presence and knowledge. With warmth and empathy, I help adults and teens navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal conflicts, insecurities, ADHD, neurodivergence, tech dependence, self-exploration, etc. I support you in embracing change, enhancing self-esteem, and building healthy relationships. We can also work on improving lifestyle, habits, and work/sports performance.
