Adolescents and adults with questions or concerns related to neurodivergence (e.g., ADHD, Autism, OCD, learning differences), sleep difficulties (e.g., insomnia, nightmares), excessive anxiety, worry, or panic, identity issues.
Approach
I work from a foundation of clinical science, guided by curiosity and compassion. I collaborate with clients to explore challenges, try new strategies, and move toward what matters most to them. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches and draw on training in assessment and differential diagnosis to tailor support to each person. I also pay close attention to systems, context, and values, because understanding the bigger picture often makes the biggest difference.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
I often share with clients that I was late-diagnosed with ADHD, which helps me connect to experiences of neurodiversity, perseverance, and self-discovery. I value curiosity, empathy, and collaboration, and I support clients exploring their own strengths, identities, and goals. I am committed to creating a space where people feel heard, respected, and empowered to navigate challenges and make meaningful changes in their lives.
