Fostering Greatness

Clients I Work With

I work with clients who feel overwhelmed, stressed, and burned out by life stressors such as work stressors, home stressors, relationship concerns, parenting concerns, or all of the above. I work with clients who want to work through anxiety, trauma, or depressive symptoms, manage what comes up in life and the emotions connected to it with ease, and function better day to day. Many of my clients are CEOs, head of their family businesses, or partners in their law firms. I also work with many veterans and LEOs/detectives. Many of my clients are parents, especially of young children. My clients value meeting virtually to seamlessly fit therapy into their busy schedules.

Approach

I use an eclectic approach in therapy where I utilize multiple techniques, pulling from IFS, DBT, CBT, Solution focused therapy, and Somatics. I offer a compassionate, steady presence where your experiences make sense and your feelings are welcomed. Progress is honored in subtle shifts, such as increased self-awareness, softer self-talk, confidence in managing life’s stressors, and the ability to pause. Within a safe, validating relationship, I support clients in developing practical tools for both emotional healing and day-to-day life. Therapy moves at your pace, inviting you to show up as you are and grow in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that each person already holds within them what they need, they are whole and complete as they are - therapy becomes the space to work with what life has handed you and allow your strengths to emerge. Healing is not about becoming someone new, but about working compassionately with what you’ve lived through and reconnecting with the strengths already within you. I believe that healing happens through small, meaningful moments, not perfection.

More About My Practice

I offer virtual individual therapy sessions Monday - Thursday, 9am-4pm. I also offer ketamine-assisted therapy (KAP), with preparation and integration sessions, either in-person in Cherry Hill, NJ or virtual in Wilmington, DE. KAP is provided either via IV ketamine or Spravato (esketamine). Spravato is often covered by insurance for the medical portion of the treatment.
