Clients I Work With

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating life stressors such as trauma, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and bipolar disorder. I also work with couples facing communication difficulties, betrayal, addiction, or mental health challenges. My approach focuses on helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges, rebuild trust, and heal in a supportive, compassionate space.

Approach

I take a compassionate, client-centered, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I believe healing happens in a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and respected. I work collaboratively with clients to explore concerns, build on existing strengths, and develop practical tools for lasting change. My work integrates evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs, while honoring your values, pace, and goals. Whether you are working through past trauma, managing life stressors, or navigating relationship challenges, I aim to help you gain clarity, foster emotional healing, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

I believe that healing is possible for everyone and that each person has the capacity for growth, resilience, and meaningful change. Life’s challenge whether rooted in trauma, relationships, or major transitions do not define who you are, but they can shape how you move through the world. Every individual and couple deserves a space where they feel authentic, respected, understood, and empowered. I bring experience working in school settings with adolescents and adults, as well as in college counseling and psychological services. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals with trauma-related concerns and working with couples as they navigate relationship challenges. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment that fosters healing, connection, and lasting change.
